Trakindo Wins Platinum Award from Caterpillar Oil Gas Asia Pacific

Trakindo Received a prestigious award from Caterpilar Oil & Gas Asia Pacific (CO&G AP) for Trakindo's hard work in providing the best service to customers.

In May 2023, the Caterpillar Oil & Gas Asia Pacific team visited Trakindo Jakarta, precisely located in the Trakindo head office building, to give the Platinum award from the Oil and Gas Service Assessment (O&GSA) program to the Power Systems Division team. This award was given by Zhengmin Chen as CO&G Eastern Hemisphere Region Manager to Erwin Muljosantoso as General Manager of Trakindo's Power Systems Division.

This award is a concrete manifestation of the implementation of Advancing You Forward as the company spirit. the CO&G AP team assess that Trakindo have extraordinary achievements in 2022 in driving the after-sales initiatives highlighted in the O&GSA assessment and resulting in this prestigious award.

 

Meanwhile, the awarding of awards for extraordinary achievements organized by CO&G AP aims to foster a culture of sustainable growth and inspire all dealers to continue to strive for excellence. This also shows the results of Trakindo's firm commitment as a dealer that is consistent in providing extraordinary customer service and a special customer experience.
