Our parts return policy is designed to offer you flexibility while maintaining a fair and efficient procedure.

At Trakindo, we strive to provide you with high-quality Caterpillar parts and outstanding customer service. We understand that occasionally, returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we want to make the process as seamless as possible.

Key points of our Parts Return Policy include:

  • Only parts purchased from Trakindo are able to do parts return process, and under same branch when the ordering process.
  • Parts return will be process if no longer than 60 days after invoice document date.
  • Returned up to 7 days from date of invoice will be subject to a 2.5% restocking charge.
  • Returned between 8 to 60 days from date of invoice will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
  • New parts returned over 60 days from date of invoice will be rejected.
  • Return parts are excluded for NCRC (Non cancellation and Non Returnable) agreement, part have been assembled or disassembled, part have been used for testing, salvaged, repaired or reconditioned and repainted, part number that cannot be identified as valid Caterpillar/ OEM part numbers.
  • For Cash Customer, Return Parts will be process with “a credit note” which can be used to offset existing outstanding customer credit or to be used for the next part purchase. It will not ret urn in cash.
  • Any freight charges associated with the return of these parts are for the customer’s account.
  • Any shipping costs from Trakindo to the customer are not refundable.
  • Part Returns processing time may take up to 30 days from submission.
