Running a business that works on sites and relies on equipment entails a lot of risk. We can provide extended protection to protect your Cat equipment and your business.


EXTENDED PROTECTION FOR MACHINES

Even the best-built machines require repairs at some point, and they always seem to occur at the worst possible time — right in the middle of a huge work, when money is tight, or just after the warranty expires. Don't be concerned, Trakindo can provide Equipment Protection Plan (EPP) for your machines that includes:

• Provides coverage beyond standard machine warranty for parts and labor, and protects you from unplanned repair costs from defects material and workmanship
• Provides a variety of coverage alternatives to meet your needs and budget.
• Genuine Cat parts and service performed by Trakindo specialists are included
• Applicable for Caterpillar Machine only.

COVERAGE:
• Protection begins the same date as your delivery date state in CAT system at SIMSi.
• Protection expiration occurs when reaches years and/or hours specified in the warranty coverage.
• Enrolment Year 2 & beyond should not be done beyond 365 days after units delivered.
• Coverage of Equipment Protection Plan are Premier, Powertrain & Hydraulic and Powertrain only for various period in months (up to 60 months) and hours (up to 10,000 hrs).

EXTENDED PROTECTION FOR GENSETS AND ENGINES

With Extended Service Coverage (ESC), you get service coverage that’s just as durable and long-lasting as your Cat engines and generator sets:
• Protect your investment with coverage for parts and labor expenses on covered components beyond the Standard Warranty period
• Returns your gensets and engines to their operating condition prior to failure
• Helps you budget for unexpected repairs by locking in costs up front

COVERAGE:
• Coverage begins the same date as your delivery date state in CAT system at SIMSi.
• Coverage expiration occurs when reaches years and/or hours specified in the warranty coverage.
• Coverage of Extended Service Coverage are Platinum, Gold and Silver
