Trakindo Wins Five trophies from the 2023 HR Excellence Awards

PT Trakindo Utama (Trakindo), a provider of Cat® heavy equipment solutions in Indonesia, won 5 award categories simultaneously at the HR Excellence Awards 2023 - Indonesia , which organized by Human Resource Online media (humanresourcesonline.net) on 25 August 2023 in Jakarta.

This award serves as a distinct implementation of embracing "Advancing You Forward" spirit. This is particularly evident in the effective management and presentation of exceptional human resources, leading to enhanced business performance.

In its implementation, Trakindo has successfully competed with all participants in the 2023 HR Excellence Awards competition which was attended by more than 40 leading companies from various industrial sectors. n addition to this achievement, the award underwent rigorous evaluations by a panel of judges and stood strong amidst competition from 200 other submissions.

 

Trakindo secured victory in the following five award categories:

Excellence in Crisis Management Planning – Silver Winner
Excellence in the Use of HR Tech - Silver Winner
Excellence in Leadership Development – Bronze Winner
Excellence in Learning & Development – Bronze Winner
