Trakindo Receives Award as the Most Engaged Workplaces'

Global Human Resources (HR) consulting firm Kincentric announced that Trakindo is among the top rankings, with a high employee engagement score than the average company in Indonesia

PT Trakindo Utama (Trakindo) has been awarded as the top-rated company with a high employee engagement score, by global HR consulting firm Kincentric. It is noted that Trakindo has an employee engagement score of 90% and this figure is 12% higher than the average company in Indonesia, which is 78%.

These Trakindo achievements indicate that employees provide very positive testimonials about their work experience, are willing to recommend others to join their company, engaged to the organization, and try to do their best for themselves and the company they work for.


Yulia Yasmina as Trakindo's Chief Administration Officer explained that Trakindo's recognition as a 'Highly Involved' Workplace by Kincentric is very important for the company. “Over the last few years, we have consistently focused on aspects of increasing Rewards and Recognition, Career Development, and Following up on the surveys results that have been conducted on employees. Exceedingly, Excellence is one of the core values of our company, we will continue to build a positive and mutually supportive work culture, be the best in business, and achieve organizational sustainability," said Yulia.


Andrew How as Managing Director of Kincentric defines employee engagement as an emotional and intellectual commitment to the organization, which is obtained as a result of positive work experiences. "Trakindo has succeeded in maintaining an increase in the level of employee engagement in the last 5 years, even in 2022, more than 99.9% of Trakindo employees from all over Indonesia are involved in responding to the survey conducted. The response was obtained through a survey method by asking 67 closed questions and 6 open questions to each employee. From the survey results, it was recorded that 6,457 out of 7,196 Trakindo employees felt a strong attachment to their company," said Andrew.


Based on the results of the Kincentric survey, it was revealed that Trakindo employees are satisfied with their career paths and employee benefits as well as the welfare provided. “Most of Trakindo's employees giving a positive views based on their experiences while working at Trakindo. According to them, the career path offered by Trakindo can support employee development and career development. In addition, according to employees, Trakindo continues to pay attention to their welfare, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic," added Andrew.
