Trakindo Earns Recognition at the 18th PR Program of the Year 2025

Trakindo has been awarded a Good rating in the Internal PR category at the 18th PR Program of the Year 2025, a recognition that highlights the effectiveness of the company’s internal communication programs in fostering a culture of innovation across the organization.

Driven by a commitment to provide equal opportunities for all employees, Trakindo has developed a variety of communication channels that inspire creativity, encourage collaboration, and empower employees to contribute to the company’s growth. These initiatives are closely aligned with the company’s continuous improvement strategy, which is deeply embedded in Trakindo’s culture.

Programs such as Continuous Improvement Sharing, Innovation Webinar, and the annual Trakindo Innovation Day have created meaningful platforms for hundreds of employees from various branches to exchange ideas and present innovative solutions.
