Trakindo Earns Excellent Rating at Vendor Performance Award 2025

Trakindo has once again been recognized for its commitment to delivering reliable customer support. At the Vendor Performance Award 2025 organized by PT Freeport Indonesia in Jakarta on May 20, 2026, Trakindo’s Tembagapura Division received a Grade A (Excellent) rating in the Outstanding On-Time Delivery Performance category.

The award is presented to vendor partners that demonstrate excellence in maintaining accuracy, speed, and reliability in Supply Chain Management to support customers’ operational continuity.

The award was presented by Tony Wenas, President Director of PT Freeport Indonesia, and accepted by Januar Sumardi, Director and CFO on behalf of Trakindo. The achievement reflects the team’s consistent efforts in ensuring timely parts availability and logistics support, even in areas with complex geographical and logistical challenges.

“This recognition is the result of strong collaboration across the entire team. From planning and warehouse management to distribution and regular performance reviews, every individual plays an important role in ensuring our customers’ needs are met,” said Januar Sumardi.

The achievement also reflects the Parts Operation team’s consistent implementation of Customer Experience principles focused on being Appreciated, Secured, and Effortless. This approach has been a key factor in securing the Excellent rating this year.

The Vendor Performance Award is an annual program organized by PT Freeport Indonesia to evaluate vendor partners based on key performance indicators, including service quality, safety, compliance, and on-time delivery performance.

This recognition further strengthens Trakindo’s commitment to delivering fast, reliable, and value-added support for customers while continuously improving operational excellence.
