Encouraging Customer Productivity, Trakindo creates Reciprocating Caterpillar® Engine Workshop

In line with the 'Advancing You Forward' spirit to provides the best service for customers, PT Trakindo Utama (Trakindo) as a provider of Caterpillar heavy equipment solutions in Indonesia, held a Reciprocating Workshop in Balikpapan.

Took place in a hybrid manner (online & offline) for two days, namely Wednesday 11 October to Thursday 12 October 2023. The workshop program was implemented as a forum to provide information and also better understand Caterpillar units, as well as evaluate the work that has been carried out to support customer productivity in the Kalimantan region.

General Manager of Northern Kalimantan Trakindo, Azkhwaldi Aziz, explained that this workshop is a form of Trakindo's commitment to encouraging customer productivity by explaining the scope of work of Caterpillar engine units including other services and maintenance, "This workshop program can be a forum for providing more information about performance knowledge. units. "We hope that this activity can be an affirmation of the implementation of the spirit of Advancing You Forward in providing the best service and at the same time strengthen cooperation between Trakindo and customers, especially PT Pertamina," he explained.

The Reciprocating Workshop itself is a training program that focuses on training on engine mechanical systems by providing a greater understanding of Caterpillar engine units as well as finding solutions to real problems that occur in the field. This workshop program is the second time carried out by Trakindo, and with this hybrid format it provides an opportunity for customers who cannot attend the event location in person to still be able to attend and take part in a series of activities online.

 

Some of Trakindo's loyal customers in the Kalimantan region who attended this activity included Pertamina Hulu East Kalimantan (PHKT), Pertamina EP Tarakan, Pertamina EP Bunyu, offline and Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga, Pertamina Hulu Mahakam online. In the future, this activity will also become a regular agenda for customers, especially for Trakindo and Pertamina Hulu East Kalimantan, Pertamina EP Tarakan & Bunyu.

 

Responding to the workshop conducted by Trakindo, Kalimantan Field Manager · Pertamina Hulu East Kalimantan (PHKT), Suwantono Widji expressed his appreciation to Trakindo for holding this activity. "Trakindo has provided excellent support to Pertamina Hulu East Kalimantan (PHKT) so that our critical equipment can continue to run productively to date," said Suwantono Widji.

Assistant Manager for Zone 10 Pertamina, Arief Budiman, said that this workshop was very important and very good to carry out, because this workshop not only discussed issues in the field but was also able to provide solutions. "With this workshop, it also provides an opportunity for Trakindo and customers to be able to synergize with each other with breakthroughs as solutions for the future," Arif explained.
