Tiara Marga Trakindo Group Officially Launches National OSH Month 2026

Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT) Group officially launched the Commemoration of the 2026 National Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Month, reaffirming the company’s commitment to strengthening OSH as a core work culture across all TMT Group operations.

The National OSH Month at TMT Group is not merely ceremonial but serves as a strategic momentum to emphasize that occupational safety and health are fundamental to sustaining business performance and long-term success. This year, TMT Group adopts the theme “Enhancing Inclusive and Sustainable Collaboration to Realize a Resilient OSH Culture,” taking place from January 12 to February 12, 2026.

The theme highlights the importance of engaging all stakeholders, including management, employees, and business partners, in building an adaptive and sustainable OSH system capable of responding to future industry challenges.

As part of the implementation of this theme, TMT Group will organize various educational and participatory activities throughout National OSH Month 2026. These include mental and physical health seminars, Basic Life Support (BLS) seminars, an environmental seminar themed “Reduce Waste, Renew Tomorrow,” HSE Leaders Talk sessions, and a range of competitions aimed at increasing employee participation and OSH awareness.

The implementation of National OSH Month 2026 at TMT Group is aligned with the Decree of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 04 of 2026, which carries the national theme “Building a Professional, Reliable, and Collaborative National OSH Management Ecosystem.”

Throughout 2025, TMT Group demonstrated its strong commitment through the continuous implementation of OSH culture assessment programs covering personal, situational, and organizational aspects. These efforts resulted in the Group achieving a Proactive level in the Safety Culture Maturity Level (SCML) assessment at the corporate level.

The Board of Directors of PT Tiara Marga Trakindo emphasized that this achievement serves as a foundation for further strengthening the OSH culture until it becomes a Way of Life for all TMT Group personnel, contributing to the creation of a safe, healthy, and productive working environment.
