Strengthening Customer Partnerships, Trakindo Brings Trakindo Fest 2026 to Tanjung Selor

Tanjung Selor, July 23, 2026 – Trakindo, Indonesia's authorized Caterpillar equipment dealer, has once again brought Trakindo Fest 2026 as part of its commitment to providing customers with easier access to comprehensive heavy equipment solutions while fostering long-term partnerships. Tanjung Selor, North Kalimantan, marks the fifth stop in this year's nationwide roadshow.

Through Trakindo Fest 2026, Trakindo delivers a more personalized and interactive customer experience, strengthening collaboration with customers, industry players, and local governments to support regional development across Indonesia.

Anang Widhiyanto, Branch Manager of PT Trakindo Utama Tarakan, said that Trakindo Fest reflects the company's commitment to making Caterpillar products, services, and solutions more accessible to customers.  "We believe this approach is the best way to better understand our customers' needs in each region while building long-term relationships. We also hope that Trakindo Fest will contribute positively to accelerating regional development," said Anang.

The event received strong support from the Provincial Government of North Kalimantan. Governor of North Kalimantan, Dr. H. Zainal A. Paliwang, S.H., M.Hum., emphasized that the private sector plays a strategic role in accelerating infrastructure, mining, and plantation development across the province.

Azkhwaldi Aziz, General Manager of PT Trakindo Utama's Northern Kalimantan Area, explained that Trakindo Fest 2026 will be held in 10 cities across Indonesia, including Palu, Palangkaraya, Melak, Manokwari, Aceh, and Singkawang.  "Through Trakindo Fest 2026, we want to demonstrate that Trakindo delivers more than products and services—we provide integrated solutions that help customers manage their operations more efficiently, productively, and with data-driven insights," Azkhwaldi said.

This year's event features Digital Experience and Tech Talk Show sessions, giving customers the opportunity to explore Trakindo's digital solutions firsthand, including the Trakindo Customer App, VisionLink, and Parts.Cat.com. Visitors can also consult with Trakindo specialists on leveraging digital technologies to improve operational efficiency. In addition, Trakindo showcases Caterpillar technologies such as Cat Detect, Cat Command, Cat Grade, and Cat Payload, designed to enhance workplace safety, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Closing the event, Azkhwaldi reaffirmed Trakindo's commitment to staying close to its customers through Trakindo Fest, which will continue to visit cities across Indonesia throughout the year.  "We hope Trakindo Fest will serve as a platform to strengthen collaboration, deliver solutions tailored to our customers' needs, and support sustainable business growth," he concluded.
