Service Instructor Certification Program 2025: A Strategic Initiative in Developing Service Instructors on a Global Scale

Trakindo was once again honored to host the Service Instructor Certification Program (SICP) Level 1 bootcamp, held from July 7–11, 2025, at the Cileungsi Training Center. This marks the third time Trakindo has hosted this international training program, reinforcing the reputation of the Cileungsi Training Center as one of the premier training facilities in Asia, known for its excellent infrastructure and conducive learning environment.

This year’s bootcamp welcomed 20 participants, including 9 internal Service Instructors from Trakindo and 11 representatives from various Caterpillar principals and dealers across countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, China, India, Panama, and the United States.

The program was facilitated by experts from the Caterpillar Dubai Learning Center, delivering globally standardized training materials designed to align the competencies of Service Instructors throughout the Caterpillar dealer network.

Through this initiative, Trakindo plays an active role in strengthening technical instructor capabilities and advancing global talent development in the aftermarket service sector. This cross-country and cross-dealer collaboration reflects Trakindo’s ongoing commitment to developing human capital and ensuring top-quality service for customers.
