Delivering Production Consistency Through Integrated Crushing Solutions

Consistency in the processing of andesite stone is a critical factor in ensuring smooth operations at PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (Merdeka Group). When variations in material size and the performance of several existing crushers were unable to deliver output that met operational requirements, overall productivity was impacted. This situation called for a more precise and reliable solution capable of maintaining process stability on a sustainable basis.

As part of our commitment to supporting our customer, we at Trakindo strive to deliver solutions that are aligned with operational needs through the Metso Lokotrack LT1213S. The unit is equipped with a circulate/return conveyor system, enabling material that does not yet meet size specifications to be automatically reprocessed until the desired results are achieved.

Through product support and ongoing technical assistance, we aim to ensure a more consistent processing flow, improved production efficiency, and maintained output quality. Our commitment goes beyond supplying the unit; it extends to ensuring that the solutions provided deliver tangible added value to the customer’s operations over the long term.

The unit handover conducted in February at Bravo Romeo Site, located in Lalomerui, Routa, Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi, marked the initial phase of the crushing process transformation at the site. More than a ceremonial occasion, the event reflected our strong commitment to delivering solutions that are fully aligned with the customer’s operational requirements.

The presence of the management team of KTT Bravo Romeo Site further reinforced the collaborative partnership established during the handover process. For Trakindo, providing the unit represents part of a broader commitment to continuously support our customer through technical assistance and sustainable services to ensure optimal long-term performance.

Since implementation, the processing operations have become more controlled, with output that is increasingly stable and measurable. The integrated system enables the operational team to work more effectively, reduces the need for repeated adjustments, and strengthens confidence in the quality and consistency of production results.
