Building Stronger Customer Relationships through SEM Insight Day

One of Trakindo’s subsidiaries, PT Tri Swardana Utama (TSU), the authorized dealer of SEM – a Caterpillar brand in Indonesia, successfully held a series of SEM Insight Day 2025 events across three major cities: Samarinda, Pekanbaru, and Purwakarta.

Designed as a one-day engagement event, SEM Insight Day aimed to provide customers with deeper insights into SEM’s product advantages while strengthening relationships with key partners. Each session was attended by around 15–20 customers who participated in a range of activities, including product presentations, unit displays, and direct discussions on SEM solutions tailored to their operational needs.

The event concluded with a friendly lunch session, fostering closer connections between TSU and its customers in a warm and engaging atmosphere.

Through SEM Insight Day, we aim to deliver a distinctive experience by allowing customers not only to understand SEM products technically but also to experience their real advantages firsthand. More importantly, we seek to build long-term, solid relationships with our customers across regions,” said a representative of TSU management.

Encouraged by the enthusiastic response in the three cities, TSU plans to expand SEM Insight Day to other locations in Indonesia. This initiative aligns with TSU’s commitment, as part of the Trakindo Group, to continuously support customers nationwide through reliable, efficient, and competitive SEM products.
