Advancing Customer Productivity, Trakindo Hands Over Machines Re-Frame CAT® 793C to PT AMMAN Mineral Nusa Tenggara

Trakindo carried out the handover process of Re-Frame Machines from 44 OHT CAT 793C HT111 units out of a total of 52 Re-Frame machines to encourage customer productivity in the mining industry

PT Trakindo Utama (Trakindo), as provider of Cat heavy equipment solutions, is trusted to provide the best heavy equipment solutions for the mining industry, through the handover of the 44th OHT CAT 793C HT111 OHT Re-Frame Machines to PT AMMAN Mineral Nusa Tenggara (PT AMNT), at the Mine Maintenance Area (MMA) Shop owned by PT AMNT in Sumbawa Batu Hijau, West Nusa Tenggara. This activity is also part of the Batch 1 Re-frame Machine project with a total of 52 Re-Frame Machines which started in the fourth quarter of 2021. This is a manifestation of the spirit of "Advancing You Forward", especially in understanding various customer needs in the mining industry while providing the best service by prioritizing customer satisfaction as the main thing.

In the unit handover procession, representatives from Trakindo, Yulia Yasmina as Chief Administrative Officer of Trakindo, were accompanied by Adriaan Pretorius as General Manager of Trakindo Batu Hijau, Petrus Steenkamp as Technical Manager of Trakindo, and Aris Panggua as Machine Rebuild Center Manager of Trakindo Batu Hijau. Symbolically handing over the OHT CAT 793C HT111 Re-Frame Machine unit directly, to PT AMNT representative, Jeffry Hasibuan as PT AMNT Senior Manager Mine Maintenance, who was accompanied by Askari Yusuf as Truck Superintendent. Through this activity, Trakindo hopes to provide full support in encouraging customer productivity in every job by providing maximum results.

The Machine Re-Frame process itself is a process of rejuvenating machines that have been operating for an average of around 100,000 hours or even more. Rejuvenation is done by replacing the old frame with a new frame. Apart from that, this rejuvenation process is usually accompanied by replacing hoses, engine harnesses, and rebuilding components. Due to the success achieved in the Batch 1 Re-Frame Machine project, PT AMNT has again entrusted Trakindo through the Batu Hijau site to continue the project to Batch 2 Re-frame which is planned for 2024.
