Trakindo consistently delivers support as a heavy equipment solutions provider by continuously enhancing customer capabilities through various training programs. One of these initiatives is the Customer Development Sharing Session in Tanjung, designed to equip customers with practical knowledge in heavy equipment management, condition-based maintenance strategies, and the utilization of technology to support operational efficiency and business growth.

This activity was attended by our customers in Tanjung, namely PT Pertamina, PT Adaro Wamco Prima, PT Wasco, and PT Tanjung Power Indonesia. Their participation provided a valuable opportunity for Trakindo to further support asset management and maintenance strategies, ensuring equipment reliability and more efficient operations.

During the session, participants were introduced to heavy equipment management approaches focused on reliability and cost efficiency. The discussion covered planned maintenance strategies and periodic condition monitoring, enabling customers to manage operations more effectively and sustainably.
