Reaffirms Commitment to Developing Young Talents through K3TAB 2025

Trakindo once again held the Heavy Equipment Engineering Skills Competition (K3TAB) under the theme “Explore Potential, Achieve Excellence” from October 13–17, 2025.

The competition brought together 60 participants from various Polytechnics and Vocational Schools (SMK) specializing in Heavy Equipment Engineering across Indonesia. After a series of skill assessments, Politeknik Negeri Padang and SMKN 1 Singosari emerged as the overall champions of K3TAB 2025.

K3TAB reflects Trakindo’s long-term commitment to supporting the development of quality human resources in the heavy equipment sector. The competition serves not only as a platform to showcase skills but also as an opportunity for students to enhance their technical abilities, strengthen teamwork, and foster a spirit of achievement.

This year, K3TAB introduced several updates in its format and materials to stay aligned with the latest trends and needs of the heavy equipment industry. In addition to skill assessments, the program included learning and collaboration activities designed to strengthen the synergy between the education and industry sectors.
