Donation of Educational Tools for the Future

Trakindo donated a Cat® 320 GC Hydraulic Excavator to the South Kalimantan Provincial Training Center (BLK) to enhance training facilities and provide hands-on learning for local students. The handover took place on October 24, 2025, during the BLK Job Fair, with Trakindo Banjarmasin Branch Manager, Prasetyo Hadi Kurniawan, presenting the unit to regional officials and BLK representatives.

This donation reflects Trakindo’s commitment to its Corporate Citizenship Education pillar, which aims to develop skilled, job-ready talent. The excavator will allow students to gain practical experience aligned with real-world conditions in sectors such as mining, construction, and plantations.

Dr. Fatmasari Said, Head of BLK South Kalimantan, expressed appreciation for Trakindo’s support, noting that this contribution strengthens training programs for heavy equipment mechanics, one of the region’s most in-demand professions.

Trakindo hopes this initiative will foster continued collaboration between the business sector and educational institutions to build a competent and competitive workforce.
