Trakindo received Service Quality Award (SQA) Golden category for Heavy Equipment category at the Service Quality Award 2018.
This is the first award that Trakindo has received for Service Quality in interacting with customers through Call Center. The award was given by Service Excellence Magazine and Carre Service Quality Monitoring. The awarding event was held based on the national research towards the satisfaction of customers for Service Quality Index conducted in 4 major cities (Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, and Medan). The assessment of this award consists of Perceived Service Value (PSV) and Perceived Service Quality (PSQ) where in PSQ 4 valuation parameter was evaluated (Service Accessibility, Service Process, People and Service Solution).
This achievement also shows that Call Center system still holds an important role in supporting customer satisfaction. This award is a form of trust that given by the customer to Trakindo, and furthermore be the encouragement for Trakindo to keep committed in providing the best service quality for all customers.
