Rachmat Mulyana Hamami has served as President Commissioner since 2008. He is concurrently the Director of Valle Verde Pte. Ltd. (since 2010), President Director of PT Tiara Marga Trakindo (since 2005), President Commissioner of PT Mahadana Dasha Utama (since 2010), and President Commissioner of ABM Investama Tbk (since 2009).
He has extensive work experience in Indonesia and abroad, including stints in Canada with Finning Ltd. and London with Standard Chartered Bank, followed by many high profile positions in Indonesia such as President Director of PT ABM Investama, President Commissioner of PT Chakra Jawara, and President Commissioner of PT Tri Swardana Utama.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Brighton, Sussex, England in 1989.
Erry Riyana Hardjapamekas was appointed as Commissioner of Trakindo in 2015 until now. He has concurrently served as President Commissioner at PT MRT Jakarta since 2013, Commissioner at PT Tirta Investama/Danone since 2011, Commissioner at PT Weda Bay Nickel since 2010, Independent Commissioner at PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since 2009 and Independent Commissioner at PT Maxpower Indonesia since December 2015.
During his long and distinguished career, he has also held many other positions in business and public service including a Commissioner for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) from 2003-2007, prior to which he had an extensive career in state-owned enterprises. He was also President Commissioner for the Jakarta Stock Exchange (1998-2001).
Among others, he is the founder of the Masyarakat Transparansi Indonesia organization, a founding member of the Indonesian Institute for Good Corporate Governance, Head of Supervisory Board of the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship, founder of Transparency International Indonesia, and currently is the Head of Board of Trustees of the University of Indonesia.
He was awarded the Satyalancana Pembangunan medal (1996) the Bintang Jasa Utama award (1997), and the Bintang Mahaputra Utama (2009) by the Indonesian government. He also won the Bung Hatta Anti Corruption Award in 2013.
Erry graduated with a Bachelor degree in economics majoring in accounting from the University of Padjajaran in 1978. In 1992 he attended an Executive program on Corporate Financial Management at Harvard Business School.
Abdullah Juffry was appointed as Commissioner of Trakindo in May 2015. He has concurrently served as President Commissioner of PT Chandra Sakti Utama Leasing Finance since August 2015.
He has more than 40 years of experience in finance, supply chain, commercial, accounting and training in Indonesia, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. He has held many senior positions including Director and Chief Financial Officer of Trakindo from 2006 – 2015, Group Financial Director of Trakindo from 2001 to 2006, Group Financial Controller from 1998 to 2001, and Finance Controller at Balfour Kipatrick Ltd. in London, the United Kingdom from 1994 to 1998. Previous to that he was employed at various companies including a stint in Saudi Arabia.
Juffry studied at Universitas Nasional (1973) and Jayabaya University (1974-1978), Accountancy Tutors in the United Kindom (1984-1990), and Emile Woolf also in the United Kingdom (1984-1990). He is also a Chartered Certified Accountant from the United Kingdom.
Prior to being appointed President Director of Trakindo in 2008, Bari has served as Director for Administrative Affairs at Trakindo from 2001, responsible for various strategic functions at the Company including Human Resources, Information, Communication and Technology (ICT), Corporate Purchasing, Safety, Health and Environment, 6Sigma Corporate Deployment and also Corporate Communication. After completion of his undergraduate study in manufacturing Engineering & Industrial Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA, he obtained a Master degree in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, New York, in 1995. He then joined the Management Development Program at Caterpillar Inc., USA, for two and a half year, where he studied various manufacturing and commercial aspects of Caterpillar business.
Back in Indonesia in 1998, he joined Trakindo as Assistant General Manager of the Mining Division. During that period, he was also involved as Project Manager for the implementation of SAP ERP at six subsidiaries at the Trakindo Group. Following the restructuring of Trakindo Group in 2001, he was appointed Director of Administrative Affairs. He personally introduced and promoted the use of 6Sigma methodology and Balanced Scorecard system throughout the organization. Currently, the methodology and business process have become the foundation for the Company’s Strategic Management Development program and guides the work processes within the Company.
In addition to his current role at PT Trakindo Utama, Bari also serves as Director of the Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT-parent company of PT Trakindo Utama), and as Commissioner of PT Chitra Paratama (distributor of Michelin tires) and Commissioner of PT Mahadana Dasha Utama.
Ali is Managing Director with responsibility for Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Operation.
Since joining Trakindo in 1993 as Sales Development Manager, he has held numerous positions with increasing responsibilities within sales, marketing and mining divisions. In 2000 he was named as the General Manager for National Mining Division; in 2003 he became the General Manager for Marketing Division and was appointed as the Marketing Director for the dealership in 2005. In 2008 he was the Director and Chief Operating Officer.
With the restructuring of the organization in July 2016, he was entrusted with the position of Managing Director with main responsibility in directing and coordinating all operational related functions: sales, marketing, operation and supply chain.
Having spent most of his youth in the UK, Ali holds a bachelor's degree in Economics, Politics and Sociology from Hull University, and an MBA in International Business & Marketing from Aston University. He has also completed the Caterpillar Executive Leadership Program, Digging Deep, in conjunction with Duke University in 2016.
Dewo joined Trakindo in May 2015 as the Director and Chief Financial Officer. Dewo was Director and Chief Financial Officer of PT PLN (Persero) from March 2008 until December 2014. He was an Independent Commissioner of PT. Bakrie & Brothers Tbk from 2005 to 2008, an Independent Commissioner of PT. Indonesia Power and PT. Indosat Tbk in 2007 until 2008.
He graduated in 1986 from the Faculty of Economic University of Indonesia with BA majoring in Accounting. He got his MBA (majoring in Business Finance and Business Economics) from Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium in 1990 and PhD in Industrial Economics from University of Melbourne, Australia in 2003. He is a Lecturer in University of Indonesia from 1990. He was Head of Master of Accounting Program at University of Indonesia in 2005-2008. He also holds professional certifications Chartered Accountant, Fund Manager from Bapepam and CPMA from Indonesian Institute of Management Accountant.
Ivan was appointed Chief Sales Officer of Trakindo in 2016, with full responsibility for all of the company’s sales operations. Prior to that, he served as Chief Marketing Officer from 2012, having earlier been Trakindo’s Chief Operating Officer for Kalimantan Operations.
He spent the early part of his career in the Machine Application Department but spent most of his later career in East Indonesia & Kalimantan region. He worked his way up through a succession of operational management positions, including Regional Business Manager, General Operations Manager and General Manager Kalimantan Area Division.
He graduated in 1988 from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry Management, and spent time with a number of other companies after graduating before joining Trakindo in 1990 as an executive trainee. He holds management qualifications from INSEAD, Singapore.
Maria was appointed Chief Administration Officer in January 2012. She commenced her career with IBM back in 1985, and continue building up her professional career in the field of Human Capital and Administration by serving various companies such as Bankers Trust Securities, Johnson & Johnson, Standard Chartered Bank and Bank Danamon. She holds management qualifications from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in Manila and INSEAD.
As Chief Administration Officer, Maria is accountable for, among other things, continuously updating the core competencies required by personnel in order for the company to work efficiently and achieve its goals, and ensuring that both executives and employees possess these core competencies through specific skills training combined with leadership development programs. Also under this position’s responsibilities are Safety, Health & Environment, Government Relations, Office Operation, Corporate Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Utoyo joined Trakindo in February 2011 as Chief Information Officer. In this capacity, he was responsible for heading the Information Communications & Technology (ICT) and Office of Strategy Management (OSM), whose remit included Corporate Strategy and 6 Sigma. In September 2011, Trakindo embarked on a multi-year business transformation program known as BRAVE (Business Reinvention and Value Enhancement), and Utoyo was appointed as the Program Director.
The BRAVE program is a reflection of Trakindo’s determination to continuously strive to be an even better organization. In line with that determination, over the last decade Trakindo has introduced a range of innovative initiatives designed to equip the organization with the capacity to face the challenges ahead. In February 2012, Utoyo was appointed Chief Innovation Officer, with the principal responsibility to further institutionalizing the innovation practice and culture in Trakindo.
Since 2015, Corporate Brand Management (CBM) is added to Utoyo’s responsibility. CBM oversees Trakindo’s brand image which projected through culture, mindset, way-of-communications and day-to-day behavior. In 2016, Trakindo expanded its ICT function by adding Digital capabilities and changed the name into D&IT (Digital & Information Technology).
Prior to joining Trakindo, Utoyo spent more than 20 years with prominent consulting firm Accenture Indonesia where he successfully headed up a variety of key projects involving leading domestic and multinational companies, with a particular focus on business re-engineering, systems integration, systems implementation and change management. Immediately before making the move to Trakindo, he served as Country Lead in System Integration & Technologies and Automotive & Industrial Equipment. He is a 1987 graduate in Architectural Engineering from Trisakti University.
Roni was entrusted to serve as Chief Operating Officer in 2016, before, he was the Chief Supply Chain Officer since January 2014. He holds a degree in business administration (magna cum laude) from Northeastern University, USA, and a master-of-science degree in transportation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA (1995). He started out in the shipping and inland transport distribution industries, and joined APL Logistics in 1997 as Operations Manager, before being promoted to Business Development Manager. This was followed by a stint as Senior Consultant to the Operations Management Group at Booz & Co.
In 2002, he joined Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT) Group as Business Development Manager for the logistics unit and dedicated his passion for 11 years working for CKB Logistics with last position as President Director, concurrently as Commissioner of PT Alfa Trans Raya and PT Baruna Dirga Dharma, both of which operate in the shipping industry.
Heru was appointed as Chief Supply Chain Officer of Trakindo in July 2016, with full responsibility in driving excellence in end-to- end supply chain operations and continuously strengthening the organization’s supply chain management capabilities. He is also responsible for demand supply forecasting and planning, sourcing and procurement, warehousing, distribution and support functions.
Prior to that, he served as General Manager for Northern Kalimantan Division. He spent the early part of his career as Machine Application Engineer at Mining Division followed by being Mining Technology Manager in Sangatta and then Sales Operations Manager Mining Division. After spending more than 10 years in sales & sales support, he went through a succession of operational management positions in Tembagapura Division, East Indonesia and Kalimantan Division.
He graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Management before joining Trakindo in early 1992 as an executive trainee.
David joined PT Trakindo Utama in 2016 as the Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Trakindo, David has more than 20 years of extensive Sales & Marketing experience in several key industries. Most of his career was spent within a multinational fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, PT Unilever Indonesia, with last position as the Marketing Director for one of its business unit. He also has an extensive marketing experience within the Financial Industry, where he was the Executive Vice President at Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) and his most recent position was the Country Head of Marketing and Branding for ANZ Bank Indonesia.
David has an undergraduate Accounting degree from the University of Padjadjaran. He also holds an Executive Program certification from INSEAD Singapore.
